Senior Software Development Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced software development lead to oversee the development and testing of models using MATLAB Simulink or similar tools on vehicle management computer systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in model-based development, DO-178C Level A/B development, and MISRA rules, as well as experience working with advanced technologies like PCIe, Ethernet, SPI, UART, and I2C across various processors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development team responsible for implementing and testing models using MATLAB Simulink or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement best practices for model-based development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
  • Work closely with engineers to identify and resolve technical issues and improve overall product quality.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers to help them grow professionally and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development, model-based development, and related technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of industry experience in software development life cycle, with at least 2 years of experience in leading or managing development teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
