Senior QA Specialist

The Senior Lead IT QA Analyst will be responsible for performing automation using Tosca and manual software quality assurance for complex web-based SAP, mobile applications, and e-com systems. This includes designing, developing, and executing manual test scripts for e-com applications developed on Hybris platform.

This role involves direct interaction with customers and technical teams at US on a regular basis, requiring very good verbal and technical writing skills. The ideal candidate must be adaptable to frequent changes and have worked in a highly dynamic agile development environment.

The Senior Lead IT QA Analyst will collaborate with product development to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of the overall system. They will define test methods and create test plans for new or updated software projects to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements as well as established standards under both normal and abnormal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing functional test cases
  • Developing test scripts that are clearly stated, complete, and executable with a high degree of quality
  • Providing status reports and working collaboratively with Test Lead and Manager
  • Collaborating with other team members to understand the scope of test cases that will be used for automated scripts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Tricentis - Tosca for automation testing
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and version control systems
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration practices
