About The Role
The Quality Control and Assurance Lead for Special Process will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role involves overseeing quality assurance processes and implementing best practices within the organization. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and achieve operational excellence.

About The Team
The team consists of highly skilled professionals with expertise in aerospace quality standards, including Nadcap. Team members collaborate closely to address quality issues and develop solutions that enhance product reliability and performance. A culture of continuous improvement and shared knowledge is fostered within the team, encouraging innovation and teamwork.

You Are Responsible For

  • Leading the quality control and assurance initiatives for special processes, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement within quality processes.
  • Developing and implementing training programs for team members to enhance their understanding of quality standards and practices.
  • Collaborating with engineering and production teams to address quality concerns and optimize processes.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

  • A strong background in aerospace quality assurance and knowledge of Nadcap standards and requirements.
  • Proven experience in leading quality control initiatives and managing quality-related projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of quality issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
  • Relevant certifications in quality management or aerospace standards are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge on Testing equipments and Methods.
