Requirements
  • Possess over 5 years of comprehensive experience in software quality assurance, including 4+ years in a leadership capacity guiding QA teams and processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both manual and automated testing, utilizing industry-standard tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestNG to ensure software reliability and performance.
  • Solid foundation in Agile, Scrum, and other iterative development methodologies, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures that align with business objectives and project deliverables.
  • Successfully established and maintained robust quality standards and best practices to support consistent, high-quality product and service delivery.
  • Continuously evaluate, optimize, and innovate testing methodologies to drive efficiency, accuracy, and performance improvements across QA operations.
  • Experienced in leading and mentoring diverse QA teams, defining clear roles and responsibilities and creating an environment that supports growth and accountability.
  • Skilled in conducting performance evaluations, setting measurable KPIs, and tracking individual and team progress.
