Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven MBA graduate with a specialization in Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and business acumen to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities
- Support product launches, pricing strategies, and go-to-market planning
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using key marketing KPIs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Design, and Finance
- Manage and update marketing collateral, content calendars, and promotional materials
- Contribute to digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Help in budget tracking, vendor coordination, and agency management

Qualifications

- MBA with a specialization in Marketing from a reputed institution
- Any experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or market research is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to understand customer behavior
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Canva, or Adobe Suite is a plus

Preferred Attributes

- Exposure to marketing in a digital-first or consumer-facing organization
- Internship or project experience in branding, campaign management, or digital strategy
- Understanding of CRM platforms, email automation, and paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads)

Career Path
