Job Responsibilities

Cost Management

• Cost management for Indirect Spend covering all commodities i.e. Prof. Services, IT, Telecom, MRO, Travel, Insurance, Marketing, Energy etc.
• Commodity, Cost and Spend Management
• Floating RFQ, Negotiations and agreement closure
• Project identification, strategic planning, coordination with CFT for execution
• Target setting and evaluation
• Working towards annual Saving Target

Supplier Management

• Supplier evaluation, selection LTA
• Supplier Performance Analysis
• Supplier SWOT Analysis
• Supplier Strategic Rationalization

Sourcing Strategy

• Sourcing strategy decision making - Grow, Maintain, Exit strategy for lean supply chain
• Synchronize and align departmental strategies and goals with the organization's objectives
• Sourcing strategy - Alternate source and Dual Sourcing

People/Team Management

• Team Management – Development, engagement and team building
• Performance Management
• Resource Planning and Management
• Spearheading deliverables and actions for realization of targets involving Cross functional teams

Essential Requirements

• Should have sound knowledge in strategic sourcing and development activities
• Should have ability to handle team
• Should have good supplier orientation
• Should be flexible to work in different time zones
