Job Responsibilities:Cost Management: Cost management for Indirect Spend covering all commodities i.e. Prof. Services, IT, Telecom, MRO, Travel, Insurance, Marketing, Energy etc. Commodity, Cost and Spend Management:- Floating RFQ, Negotiations and agreement closure.- Project identification, strategic planning, coordination with CFT for execution.- Target setting and evaluation.- Working towards annual Saving Target. Supplier Management:- Supplier evaluation, selection LTA.- Supplier Performance Analysis.- Supplier SWOT Analysis.- Supplier Strategic Rationalization. Sourcing Strategy:- Sourcing strategy decision making Grow, Maintain, Exit strategy for lean supply chain.- Synchronize and align departmental strategies and goals with the organization's objectives.- Sourcing strategy Alternate source and Dual Sourcing. People/Team Management:- Team Management - Development, engagement and team building.Performance Management:- Resource Planning and Management.- Spearheading deliverables and actions for realization of targets involving Cross functional teams. Essential Requirements:- Should have sound knowledge in strategic sourcing and development activities.- Should have ability to handle team.- Should have good supplier orientation.- Should be flexible to work in different time zones.
