We are seeking an experienced and driven Indirect Procurement Leader to support the end-to-end procurement of indirect goods and services across multiple categories including IT, HR, Marketing, Facilities, MRO, and Professional Services. The candidate will play a key role in optimizing spend, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and To lead strategic sourcing and execution of capital equipment, MEP, and utilities procurement for upcoming Switchgear manufacturing facility

Role & responsibilities

  • Category Management:

    Manage assigned categories within indirect procurement conduct market analysis, develop sourcing strategies, and execute procurement plans. eg Capex, Transportation & Logistics, RE, Marcom and HR related spend
  • Strategic Sourcing & RFx Management:

    Lead RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and negotiate contracts for cost-effective, quality-focused supplier solutions.
  • Supplier Management:

    Develop, assess, and manage vendor relationships to ensure service levels, compliance, innovation, and risk mitigation.
  • Cost Optimization:

    Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, demand aggregation, and value engineering opportunities.
  • Contracting & Compliance:

    Draft and manage contracts, ensure adherence to legal and internal compliance standards, and manage renewals/SLAs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with business stakeholders (HR, IT, Admin, etc.) to understand needs and translate them into sourcing initiatives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    nalyze spend data, build procurement dashboards, and prepare reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Process Improvement:

    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes, tools, and governance.
  • Conduct Reverse Auction

Analyze spend and identify opportunities for conducting reverse auctions.

Prepare for action, send invitations and collect acceptance from vendors for participations,

conduct actual auctions

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

10 to 15 years in procurement with a focus on indirect categories in a multinational or large-

scale organization.
