As an Manager – Procurement at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role.

Your Key Responsibilites:

• Oversee all indirect procurement activities, including services, consumables, and CAPEX, for a pharma plant and medical device operations. This includes handling an annual spend of approximately INR 800 million.
• Lead cost-saving and cost-avoidance initiatives. Conduct cost comparisons, select vendors, and manage all category purchase requirements according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Interface with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure supplier relationships, contracts, and P2P (Purchase to Pay) processes are vetted and adhere to company policies, including critical audit compliances.
• Work with teams across multiple company entities to develop and implement effective cost-saving strategies and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Leverage expertise in SAP (specifically MM), Ariba, and other e-buying and guided sourcing platforms to optimize procurement processes and manage contracts.
