Job Summary:

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with experience in handling logistics and transport vendor management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of commercial frameworks, vendor contracts, and the ability to analyze data using Excel and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and manage
    logistics and transport vendor contracts
    , ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain the
    commercial framework
    for transport vendors, including rate negotiation and cost analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth procurement and transport operations.
  • Prepare and analyze reports using
    Excel and Google Sheets
    for decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Utilize
    technology platforms
    and procurement tools effectively for vendor management and documentation.
  • Support the procurement team in vendor evaluation, onboarding, and performance review processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of logistics and transport procurement.
  • Proficient in
    Excel, Google Sheets
    , and data analysis.
  • Good understanding of
    vendor contracts and commercial terms
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Experience with
    procurement software or ERP systems
    is an added advantage.
