Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager - Indirect Tax & GADepartment: Finance & AccountsReporting To: CFOLocation: Andheri East, MumbaiRole Overview:The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all indirect taxation matters of the organization, ensuring full statutory compliance, optimizing tax positions, and aligning tax strategies with business objectives. The role demands a strong understanding of GST, trust accounting, IND-AS, and fund flow management, along with the ability to support finalization of accounts and SR redemption processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operationsImplement, monitor and close the month-, quarter and year-end accounting bookDevelop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teamsEnsure timely and accurate year-end book closing and account finalization.Ensuring indirect tax complianceTimely filing of indirect tax returnsManaging deliverables for board meetings, audit committees, etc.Preferred Qualifications:Chartered Accountant (CA) as Mandatory / Strongly PreferredExperience:4-6 years of relevant experience in indirect tax, finance, and accounting domains.Key Skills & Competencies:Expertise in Indirect TaxationStrong understanding of Accounting Standards (IND-AS)Analytical mindset and attention to detailStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAP, Tally, etc.)Problem-solving and decision-making capabilityAbility to handle audits, compliance reviews, and policy interpretation
