Fica Ads is a growing creative and digital solutions company, dedicated to providing innovative advertising, branding, and marketing strategies to our clients. We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Business Development Interns.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth
  • Assist in client acquisition and relationship management
  • Research market trends and competitor activities
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams for campaign execution
  • Maintain records of business activities and prepare regular reports

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales, marketing, and business development
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and advertising (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
