Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: UL Cyberpark, Calicut

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (Negotiable based on performance and experience)

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Generate and nurture international leads through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements, propose customized business solutions, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
  • Coordinate with technical, digital, and operations teams to create compelling business proposals.
  • Maintain client data and interaction logs using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets while maintaining strong client retention.
  • Identify opportunities for partnership expansion, cross-selling, and service upgrades.
  • Represent the company professionally in online forums, client calls, and B2B meetings.
  • Monitor industry and market trends to anticipate customer needs and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / International Sales / Client Relations.
  3. Excellent English communication (spoken and written) with a professional client-handling approach.
  4. Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM, Google Suite, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Meet, WhatsApp Business). Goal-oriented, confident, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.
