Job Description HR Recruiter

Location: Agra

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting to offer roll-out and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, etc.).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop suitable hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary HR screening to assess cultural fit, skills, and overall suitability.
  • Handle interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably non-IT/education/publishing industry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously under deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HR tools, ATS, and MS Office.
  • A proactive, result-oriented, and organized approach.
