Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior HR Executive, located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting HR management tasks. Daily tasks will include maintaining employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, conducting onboarding and offboarding procedures, and addressing employee queries and concerns.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
