About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive who is well-versed in social media posting, has strong technical knowledge, is internet-friendly, and possesses excellent communication skills in English. The ideal candidate should be confident, result-oriented, and comfortable making 100+ calls per day to candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Handle high-volume calling (100+ calls/day) to connect with potential candidates.
  • Create and post engaging job postings & HR content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to attract top talent.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases through HR tools, MS Excel, and internet research.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
  • Assist in employer branding activities through social media campaigns.
  • Support general HR operations and administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in HR recruitment (preferably in BPO/consultancy or bulk hiring).
  • Strong social media management skills (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Tech-savvy & internet-friendly with the ability to use job portals and digital tools effectively.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume candidate interactions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
