Role & responsibilities
Driving business growth: Developing and implementing strategies to improve
the current portfolio and explore new business opportunities
- Leading business development activities: Collaborating across functions to
grow market share and meet and anticipate the current and future consumer
demands.
- Analyzing market trends: Keeping up with industry events, competitors, and
clients' needs to identify growth opportunities
- Managing business development teams: Leading sales teams to meet
revenue goals
- Key account management, managing large QSR chains, Hotels B2B Clients.
- Developing business policies: Planning and directing all aspects of an
organization's business development policies, objectives, and initiatives
- Negotiating contracts: Selecting prospective vendors and negotiating contracts
- Conducting financial feasibility studies: Developing proposals for new
business opportunities
Preferred candidate profile
Relevant MNC Experience in Managing B2B Clients of minimum 5-7 years
Experience in Edible Oil, Spices, flavors, seasoning, and Ingredient supplies to
the food business.
- Correct business acumen required to drive the business.
Exposure to Horeca (Hotel Restaurant Catering) Sector is preferred.
