Role & responsibilities

Driving business growth: Developing and implementing strategies to improve

the current portfolio and explore new business opportunities

  • Leading business development activities: Collaborating across functions to

grow market share and meet and anticipate the current and future consumer

demands.

  • Analyzing market trends: Keeping up with industry events, competitors, and

clients' needs to identify growth opportunities

  • Managing business development teams: Leading sales teams to meet

revenue goals

  • Key account management, managing large QSR chains, Hotels B2B Clients.
  • Developing business policies: Planning and directing all aspects of an

organization's business development policies, objectives, and initiatives

  • Negotiating contracts: Selecting prospective vendors and negotiating contracts
  • Conducting financial feasibility studies: Developing proposals for new

business opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Relevant MNC Experience in Managing B2B Clients of minimum 5-7 years

  2. Experience in Edible Oil, Spices, flavors, seasoning, and Ingredient supplies to

the food business.

  1. Correct business acumen required to drive the business.

Exposure to Horeca (Hotel Restaurant Catering) Sector is preferred.
