Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Partnership Manager to lead our partnership initiatives across the United States, South America, European Union, and the United Kingdom. This role requires someone who can navigate diverse markets, build relationships across time zones, and drive substantial revenue growth through strategic partnerships for both Maventic and Procify platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Partnership Development & Strategy

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high-impact partnership opportunities across US, South America, EU, and UK markets
  • Develop and implement region-specific partnership strategies that align with global business objectives
  • Build a comprehensive partner ecosystem including technology alliances, distribution partners, ISVs, resellers, and strategic collaborators
  • Lead complex contract negotiations with enterprise partners and stakeholders across multiple geographies
  • Establish partnership frameworks and best practices for mature market engagement

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with partners across different time zones and cultures
  • Serve as the strategic advisor and main point of contact for key regional partners
  • Orchestrate quarterly and annual business reviews to assess partnership health and growth opportunities
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between partners and internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Customer Success)
  • Resolve partnership conflicts and challenges while maintaining strong business relationships

Revenue & Business Growth

  • Own and exceed partnership revenue targets for the assigned regions
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans with strategic partners to maximize market penetration
  • Enable partner sales teams with training, certifications, and sales enablement materials
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-innovation opportunities within the partner ecosystem
  • Track partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue, ensuring accurate attribution and reporting

Market Expansion & Intelligence

  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive positioning, and partnership trends in target regions
  • Represent Maventic and Procify at international conferences, trade shows, and industry events
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to align partnership and direct sales strategies
  • Provide market insights and partner feedback to influence product roadmap and positioning
  • Stay current on regulatory, cultural, and business practices across different markets

Required Qualifications:Experience

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in partnership management, strategic alliances, or business development in the technology/SaaS sector
  • Proven success building and managing partnerships in North America, Europe, or Latin America markets
  • Experience with enterprise-level partnerships and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Track record of achieving significant revenue targets through partner channels (minimum $5M+ annually)
  • Experience working across multiple time zones and managing international partnerships

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, partner economics, and technology ecosystems
  • Exceptional negotiation, influence, and executive presence
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with international audiences
  • Cultural intelligence and ability to adapt approaches for different markets
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Comfortable working from office with flexibility to accommodate international time zones
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 40-50% of the time

Technical Proficiency

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and partnership management systems
  • Proficiency in creating business cases, ROI analyses, and partnership presentations
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools for remote and international team coordination

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Technology, or related field required
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established network within the US, European, or Latin American technology and business communities
  • Experience with procurement, supply chain management, or business optimization platforms
  • Understanding of international business regulations, data privacy laws (GDPR), and compliance requirements
  • Previous experience in channel sales or partner operations roles
  • Additional language skills (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German) are a significant advantage
  • Experience building partnerships with global system integrators or consulting firms
