Banquet Manager

We are looking for a skilled Banquet Manager to join our team at Radisson Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in hotels and restaurants.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the banquet function, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote events and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Analyze event feedback and evaluate customer satisfaction to improve future events.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and prices.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing high-quality events, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with event management software and technology is an asset.
- A graduate degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are preferred.
