Salary - Upto 30k per month plus incentives
Job Description
- Demonstrates knowledge of venue, Tao Group Hospitality, its partners and supporting hotel environments
Processes banquet checks and related documents in accordance with established accounting policies and procedures to include recording events on the POS system
Maintains professional appearance standards as directed in the Tao Group Hospitality Employee Handbook
Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus
Knowledge of all Fire Marshal requirements
Manages all functions of the Conference and Banquet operations to achieve the optimum departmental revenue targets
Analyses historical and other statistical information
Maintain regular contact with ICHG regional hotels and reservation networks
Responsible for achieving the budget goal for Banqueting and catering for the hotel, targets on assigned corporate accounts
Prepare detailed orientation programs for new C&B staff, guidance to the C&B Team
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
