Banquet Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate banquet sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms
- Respond promptly to banquet inquiries and provide customized proposals
- Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets
- Coordinate with F&B, operations, and event planning teams to ensure flawless execution
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client communications, and event details
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event agencies
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies
- Assist in developing promotional packages and marketing campaigns for banquet services
- Ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after events
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in banquet/event sales or hospitality sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of banquet operations and event planning processes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in luxury hospitality or large-scale event venues
- Familiarity with catering software and banquet management systems
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
