Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate banquet sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms
  • Respond promptly to banquet inquiries and provide customized proposals
  • Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets
  • Coordinate with F&B, operations, and event planning teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, client communications, and event details
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event agencies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies
  • Assist in developing promotional packages and marketing campaigns for banquet services
  • Ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in banquet/event sales or hospitality sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of banquet operations and event planning processes
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in luxury hospitality or large-scale event venues
  • Familiarity with catering software and banquet management systems
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
