Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Howrah for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing business strategies, and managing projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, attending meetings with potential clients, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research and Analysis
  • Experience in developing Business Strategies and managing Projects
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Relevant experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales/business development targets is preferred.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply if they have a strong inclination towards Sales and Marketing and a passion for the education sector.
