Job description

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, competitive landscape and consumer behaviours and preferences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional performance of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, Digital Marketing, operations etc.) to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate marketing plans and results to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide insights to inform product/service enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Adapt marketing plans as needed based on changing market dynamics and business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2+ Yrs Experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation and Client Meetings.
  • Expert in Product Sales / IT Sales/ B2B Sales /Software Sales/IT product Sales
  • Should be ready to travel and must possess a two wheeler for official use.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Only Male candidates are preferr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
