Shopify, eCommerce platforms, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate willoptimize digital touchpoints, enhance customer experiences, and drive revenue growthacross Shopify, marketplaces, and marketing channels. Key Responsibilities:1.
Website Management & Shopify Store OptimizationOversee and maintain all website assets (banners, product listings, landing pages, andpromotions). Manage and enhance the Shopify store's performance, UI/UX, and functionality. Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to deliver an engagingcustomer experience.
Optimize site structure, checkout flows, and conversion rates to drive sales andcustomer retention. Execute end-to-end digital campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Ensure timely updates of product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Coordinate with developers for customizations, integrations, and third-party apps.2. Digital Growth & eCommerce StrategyIdentify and implement new digital growth opportunities across online platforms. Develop data-driven strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, andrevenue.
Optimize all digital touchpoints for better customer experiences and increasedconversions. Explore and establish new digital sales channels and partnerships to enhance businessgrowth.3. Performance Marketing & Social Media CoordinationServe as the primary liaison for performance marketing agencies (Google Ads,Facebook Ads, etc.).
Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns for maximum ROI and cost efficiency. Work closely with the social media agency to align content and promotions withe
Commerce goals.4. Marketplace & CRM ManagementCollaborate with the Marketplace team (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) to maintainbrand consistency. Ensure accurate synchronization of inventory, pricing, and promotions acrossmarketplaces.
Use Zoho CRM (or equivalent) to track customer interactions, monitor pipelines, andmeasure marketing effectiveness.5. Analytics & Customer InsightsUtilize tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Shopify Analytics to monitor userbehavior. Analyze and report key eCommerce metrics (Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, LTV,etc.).
Use data insights to drive customer retention and increase customer lifetime value.6. SEO & Content StrategyOptimize website content, product descriptions, and landing pages using SEO bestpractices. Leverage SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) to track and improveorganic search rankings.
Implement technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.7. Reporting & Performance TrackingPrepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to senior leadership. Monitor data across Shopify, Google Analytics, ad platforms, and CRM to identify trendsand growth opportunities.
Continuously analyze, refine, and optimize digital commerce strategies for improvedoutcomes.Required Skills
- Strong experience in digital growth strategies and online business scaling.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus, and its ecosystem.
- Proven ability to coordinate with performance marketing & social media agencies.
- In-depth knowledge of analytics & customer behavior tools (Google Analytics,Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.).
- Expertise in SEO strategies and tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console,etc.).
- Experience working with Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and theiroperational workflows.
- Strong data analysis skills to track eCommerce performance, conversion rates, andcustomer insights.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM (added advantage).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
