Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing the company's online sales platforms, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, analyzing sales data, optimizing product listings, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations. The role also includes monitoring online sales trends, managing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring an excellent customer experience on the company's e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in E-Commerce, Marketing, and Sales
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination
  • Experience in the housewares industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
