Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the online sales strategy, manage the ecommerce website, analyze sales data, and coordinate with marketing teams to boost online traffic and sales. Responsibilities include tracking and improving online sales performance, managing product listings, optimizing the user experience on the website, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to align strategies and implementing best practices for online retail.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in E-Commerce and Sales strategies
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
  • Effective Communication and Marketing skills
  • Experience in developing and executing online sales plans
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management is a plus
