Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Ecommerce and Operations Manager. The Ecommerce and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's online sales and presence. Tasks include managing the ecommerce platform, coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, and optimizing the supply chain process for efficiency. The role also involves analyzing sales data, developing strategies to improve performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Experience in Ecommerce Management, including platform management and online sales optimization
- Strong skills in Operations Management and Supply Chain Coordination
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Performance Improvement Strategies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience in the oral care or consumer goods industry is a plus
