We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day activities on our Amazon Seller Central platform. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, catalog management, order and inventory tracking, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations, timely deliveries, and optimized sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Ensure accurate catalogue management and monitor product visibility, rankings, and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and shipment tracking; resolve order discrepancies or delays promptly.
  • Handle inventory management, stock reconciliation, and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and return trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support execution of promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Generate and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, and operational KPIs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of marketplace operations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Amazon operations or e-commerce operations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, inventory management, and order processing workflows.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for report generation and data analysis.
