Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Ecommerce Executive to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role demands managing various aspects of our online presence and ensuring seamless operations to enhance our customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in the billing process, with the capability to ensure precision and adherence to established protocols.

  • Excellent operational skills, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities and efficient problem resolution.
  • Sound back-office operations skills to handle logistics, inventory, and database management effectively.

  • Keen attention to detail, essential for maintaining accurate records and data entry.
