We're Hiring: CRM & Sales Executive (CRM & Sales)

Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth? We're looking for a
CRM & Sales Executive
to join our team and play a key role in managing client interactions, nurturing leads, and supporting our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by providing timely support and communication.
  • Analyze sales data and CRM reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM management and/or sales support.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
