We are looking for a performance-driven CRM to manage and convert WhatsApp and online leads into successful e-commerce sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CRM tools, customer engagement, sales conversions, and post-sales relationship management within an e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:Handle and manage WhatsApp, website, and social media leads efficiently.
Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates and customer retention.
Train and manage a team of CRM / Sales Executives handling online inquiries.
Track customer interactions, sales funnel performance, and follow-up timelines.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain and update customer data on CRM platforms.
Generate regular reports on lead performance, conversion, and ROI.
Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction and experience.
Analyze buying behavior and suggest upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Utilize WhatsApp Business API, CRM automation, and chat tools to enhance engagement.
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, CRM, or digital lead management.
Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business tools, CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), and lead tracking systems.
Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
Team management and customer-centric mindset.
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
