Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead the application for Eg: Watsapp/Mails/Calls attending Escalations.
Leverage customer data to derive insights and personalize communications.
Monitor KPIs such as customer retention,customer data Publishing and handling multiple tabs and reports and share it with Heads by EOD.
Collaborate with data teams to ensure data accuracy and actionable reporting
Oversee CRM platform selection, implementation, and optimization
Ensure seamless integration of CRM with other business systems (e.g., Sales, marketing automation, customer support)
Build and manage a high-performing CRM team
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer- centric thinking
Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to align CRM efforts.
Support loyalty programs, customer feedback loops, and personalization initiatives
Key Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA Optional).
• 8+ years of experience in CRM, customer analytics, or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven track record of leading CRM strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms for Communication like Watssapp calls and mails.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with customer data platforms, segmentation,
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., retail, e-commerce, Marketing].
• Familiarity with Data preparation Managing Escalation working efficiently and willing to adapt availability as per requirement
• Knowledge of PC Builds and IT Hardware .
• Passion for customer experience and data-driven decision-making.
