POST SALES You'll work closely with our clients and find the best Home loans for them. You'll need to combine information from client interviews and financial documents. Submitting applications and reporting on their progress will also be part of your duties. You will be reporting to the CRM Head and Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities are for your leads as well as your subordinates.
• Collect financial information (e.g. taxes, debts).
• Evaluate eligibility for obtaining a Home loan.
• Interview clients.
• Guide clients through various Home loan options.
• Prepare and submit loan applications.
• Ensure data is in line with national and local financial rules.
• Monitor and report on application processes.
• Inform clients about loan approval or rejection.
• Help resolve problems with applications.
• Research new Home loan policies.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and confidentiality policies throughout the process. Ensure timely disbursements of the loan amounts Need great skills with Excel and G sheet. Follow up needs to be robust and need to have great communication skills. Management is the key as you may be needed to manage up to 100 cases at anytime. Any additional role or responsibility added during your employment by your senior management needs to be followed to its full capacity. Your Targets Performance will be evaluated every month. There will be 3 warnings with regards to your performance and thereafter the management will take a decision on deduction of salary or termination of your employment.
