We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the DSA Channel to drive home loan sales across regions (Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon). The ASM will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing DSA partners, generating business leads, and ensuring timely loan processing to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by managing and supporting DSA partners effectively.
  • DSA Recruitment & Onboarding: Onboard and train new DSA agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell home loans.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners, resolving issues and facilitating smooth loan processes.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Work with DSAs to generate leads, drive conversions, and close deals.
  • Market Strategy & Performance Analysis: Analyze market trends and DSA performance to enhance sales outcomes and drive growth.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all applications are compliant with regulations and company policies.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Credit, Operations) to streamline loan processing.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates to senior management on DSA performance and market trends.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in home loan sales, with a strong background in managing DSA teams or partners.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in financial products, especially home loans.
  • DSA Management: Experience in managing and motivating DSA agents or channel partners.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for building relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of home loan products, processes, and compliance.
