We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the position of Cluster Head. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a group of Project heads, their team sales manager, and sourcing managers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining a healthy work environment, and achieving sales targets.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage a group of Project heads, team sales manager, and sourcing managers
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment
  • Approve leaves, attendance delays, comp-offs, reimbursements, etc., for your team
  • Take responsibility for complete project site office management and upkeep
  • Ensure availability of sales collaterals at all projects
  • Set weekly sales targets for Project Heads and strategize with them to achieve them
  • Proactively update sales CRM with accurate lead information
  • Report prospective clients and ensure maximum closures
  • Cross-check booking details in both hard copy and CRM
  • Ensure timely recovery of payments, registrations, and disbursement
  • Troubleshoot issues related to purchaser payments or banking
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth working at the project, including Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Post-Sales
  • Build and maintain good relationships with the developers team
  • Motivate and educate the sales team on the projects they are selling
  • Generate reports as advised by the company and keep a tally of team's work
  • Communicate with Post Sales Team to troubleshoot any issues with OCR, sanction, disbursement, etc.
  • Adhere to any additional roles or responsibilities assigned by senior management
  • Evaluate monthly target performance and make necessary improvements
  • Targeted selling of inventory worth Rs 15 Crore
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Channel sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
