Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Cluster Head. The Cluster Head will oversee multiple branches, manage branch operations, and ensure achievement of business targets within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include driving overall performance metrics, optimizing revenue generation, maintaining the quality of the portfolio, and implementing strategic goals. The role entails leading, guiding, and developing branch managers while ensuring compliance with banking regulations, fostering excellent customer relations, and supporting the expansion of the bank's reach and reputation in the region.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor branch managers.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and client-centric banking solutions.
  • Experience in business strategy development, sales planning, and target achievement.
  • Knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in managing multiple branches or a leadership role in banking/financial services is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
