: Cluster Head – Sales (Luxury Residential Real Estate)

About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Cluster Head – Sales to lead sales operations across a portfolio of luxury residential projects in Mumbai. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue, managing multiple project sales teams, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience for HNI/UHNI
clients. The Cluster Head will act as a strategic driver, ensuring alignment of sales performance with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Own sales performance and revenue delivery for assigned luxury residential projects within the cluster.
- Define and implement sales strategies, pricing recommendations, and closure processes.
- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and absorption rates; take corrective action as required.
- Team & Project Management - Lead, coach, and mentor sales managers and closing teams across multiple projects.
- Build a high-performance sales culture with a strong focus on results, client service, and accountability.
- Ensure sales teams are trained in luxury client handling, negotiations, and relationship management.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Engage directly with high-value clients (HNIs, UHNIs, NRIs, CXOs, and institutional buyers) during key negotiations and closures.
- Ensure a seamless, concierge-level buying experience across all touch-points.
- Develop long-term relationships with wealth managers, private bankers, and channel partners.
- Channel & Market Development - Collaborate with channel sales leadership to maximize broker and partner contribution to cluster sales.
- Stay updated on competitor launches, luxury market trends, and evolving buyer expectations in Mumbai.
- Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and private showcases.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing, product, CRM, and project teams to align go-to-market strategy.
- Provide regular business reviews, forecasts, and performance insights to senior leadership.
- Share market feedback to influence future product positioning and launch strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA/Graduate with 12–18 years of experience in sales leadership roles within luxury residential real estate.
- Proven track record of managing multi-project sales portfolios and achieving high-value transaction targets (₹10 Cr+).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and scale sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of Mumbai's luxury residential market and HNI/UHNI client segment.
- High business acumen, strategic mindset, and polished executive presence.
