Job Description:

We are hiring a Cluster Head / Sales Head in Mumbai.

Job Title: Cluster Head/Sales Head - B2B Business
Industry: Insurance Broking

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Up to 10-12 LPA
Experience: 5+ years in Insurance Broking + Team Handling

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new business partners (Brokers) to expand market reach.

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue objectives.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Lead and manage a team of sales and support professionals.

  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and client retention.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development within the financial services industry, preferably in Insurance Broking.

  3. Skills:

    • Strong business development and sales capabilities.

    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments.

  4. Certifications: NISM Series V-A
