Job Title: CRM Executive – Marketing Division

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Chandivali, Andheri east, Mumbai

Experience: 0- 1 Year Pay Range: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month

Job Summary:

The CRM Executive in the Marketing Division will be responsible for strengthening customer engagement, maintaining accurate CRM data, and supporting marketing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves coordinating with sales, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication with customers and provide insights that drive marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the CRM database to ensure accurate customer records.
  • Support the marketing team with customer segmentation, targeted campaigns, and lead follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with customers for product inquiries, delivery schedules, and feedback collection.
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports to support marketing strategies and sales forecasting.
  • Assist in planning and executing customer retention programs, loyalty initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales and production teams to align customer needs with company offerings.
  • Track customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions to enhance service quality.
  • Provide regular insights to management on customer behavior, satisfaction levels, and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any Bachelor's degree
  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM, marketing support, or customer service (preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector).
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Good analytical and reporting ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
