Job Description:

We are looking for a CRM Executive for a steel tubes and pipes manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of customer relationship processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day CRM formalities and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with clients for collections and ensure timely payments.
  • Manage billing and purchase related to customer accounts.
  • Maintain good communication and follow-up with customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare and update reports related to CRM, billing, and collections.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, billing, or customer coordination.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).

Prefer immediate joining

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
