Employment Type: Full-time
Only female Candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, shipping, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation of customer interactions.
Build strong rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Gather feedback and share insights to improve service quality and communication.
Support management in executing customer engagement and retention strategies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms (preferred).
Prior experience in retail or e-commerce customer support will be an advantage.
