Sales & CRM Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales / CRM Coordinator to support our sales
team and ensure the smooth execution of our sales processes via our CRM system. This role is
key to maintaining CRM hygiene, driving operational efficiency, and supporting data-driven
decision-making across the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain overall CRM hygiene: Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and organised
- Monitor and prevent overdue or stuck leads/tasks in the CRM
- Handle lead assignment based on region, priority, or product verticals
- Track lead progress across different stages and ensure timely follow-ups
- Regularly audit CRM usage and guide the team on best practices
- Coordinate with sales team to identify and resolve process gaps
- Support pipeline management and flag inconsistencies or bottlenecks
- Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly reports for leadership
- Manage dashboards to reflect KPIs, conversion rates, and team productivity
- Provide training/support to new sales team members on CRM usage
- Collaborate with marketing for lead handover and feedback loops
Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of sales processes and funnels
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate across teams and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with data reporting and Excel/Google Sheets
- Self-motivated, process-driven, and hands-on with follow-ups
Work Experience
: 0.5 – 3 years
Job Location:
Santacruz East, Vakola, Mumbai
Work Hours:
10:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday
