About the Role:

We are looking for experienced and result-driven B2B Business Development Managers who can drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for our Education Solutions (K-12), Corporate L&D Services, and eLearning Content Development offerings. The role demands strong consultative sales ability, client relationship building, and experience in closing B2B service deals.

Job Description-:

  • ​Identify and target decision-makers: L&D Heads, HR Directors, CXOs, School Owners, and
  • Education Board Officials.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and
  • networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and solution presentations (virtual and in-person).
  • Understand client requirements and pitch customized eLearning and training solutions.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and capability documents.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, CRM updates, and regular forecasting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in EdTech, L&D, and training sectors.

Desired Profile:

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in Education, EdTech, Corporate L&D Solutions,
  • Training Services, or Custom Content Development.
  • Strong network and connects with corporates (L&D/HR) and schools/education boards is a
  • big advantage.
  • Solution-selling mindset with ability to understand client needs and design suitable service
  • offerings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior decision-makers and handling long sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
