Location : Mira Road

Job Role :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide support to resolve issues professionally.
  • Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance team skills.
  • Coordinate performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Keen to learn and adapt to new software and processes such as Odoo.

Skills:.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR software/tools is an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Additional Information:

  • Candidates should have excellent organizational skills and be capable of maintaining confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month

Experience:
