**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented **HR Generalist** to handle the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and support the organization's HR strategies and policies across branches.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1. Recruitment & Onboarding**
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
* Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and timely hiring.
* Ensure smooth joining formalities, induction, and documentation.
**2. Employee Relations & Engagement**
* Address employee queries and grievances promptly and professionally.
* Organize engagement activities, birthday/holiday celebrations, and team-building events.
* Maintain a positive work culture and open communication environment.
**3. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management**
* Monitor attendance and leave records.
* Coordinate with Accounts/Payroll team for monthly salary processing.
* Ensure accuracy in data related to new joinees, resignations, and salary revisions.
**4. Compliance & Documentation**
* Maintain employee files and HR records systematically.
* Handle statutory compliances — PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.
* Prepare and update HR policies, circulars, and notices.
**5. Performance & Training Support**
* Assist in performance appraisal cycles and data collation.
* Identify training needs and coordinate training programs in consultation with the HR Head.
**Key Skills Required:**
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance & HRMS tools
* Strong coordination and organizational abilities
* Hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
**Salary Range:** ₹2.4 – ₹3.0 LPA (Depending on experience and location)
