Job Title:** Senior HR & Training Executive
**Reports To:** HR Manager / Head of HR
The Senior HR & Training Executive plays a key role in managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and training & development. This role involves designing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals while ensuring continuous skill enhancement and professional growth across the organization
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Recruitment & Onboarding**
* Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
* Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
* Develop job descriptions and manage job postings on various platforms.
* Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
**2. Training & Development**
* Identify training needs through performance appraisals, feedback, and skill gap analysis.
* Design, implement, and evaluate training programs and workshops.
* Coordinate with external trainers or institutions when required.
* Maintain training records and monitor training effectiveness and ROI.
* Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
**3. Performance Management**
* Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
* Support managers in setting KPIs and performance goals.
* Facilitate regular feedback sessions and performance review meetings.
**4. HR Operations & Compliance**
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
* Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review.
* Support payroll processing and attendance management.
**Required Skills & Competencies**
* Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
**Qualifications & Experience**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 4–8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on training and development.
* Certification in Training, L&D, or HRM (preferred).
* Experience in [industry type, e.g., manufacturing, IT, hospitality, etc.] is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
