Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Mira Road, Mumbai

Industry: Elevator / Manufacturing

Experience: 2 – 5 years

Salary: Open Budget (based on skills and experience)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Work Timing: General Shift

_ Key Responsibilities:_

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and administrative roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage onboarding & induction processes.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation – offer letters, appointment letters, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare
  • Organize employee engagement activities, birthday celebrations, and events.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Payroll & Performance Support
  • Coordinate attendance and leave data for payroll.
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process and maintain employee evaluation records.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate sessions for employee skill enhancement.

_ Skills & Qualifications:_

  • Bachelor's degree in HR / Management (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS / Excel / MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
