  • , you will be responsible for overseeing the complete employee lifecycle—from recruitment to off-boarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in core HR functions and a solid understanding of applicable labor laws and HR regulations.

  • Talent management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and on boarding new employees.

  • Employee relations: Handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions while fostering a positive work environment.

  • Policy and compliance: Develop, update, and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Compensation and benefits: Administer employee compensation, benefits packages, and payroll processing.

  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.Other duties

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for employee retention and improvement.
  • Liaise with department heads to understand workforce needs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and generate reports for senior management.
  • Support HR administrative tasks and manage HR department budgets
