Job Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day recruiting activities involving internal and external job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate interviews and share feedback with the hiring manager.

 Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding for seamless integration.

 Assist in employee termination, including separation paperwork and exit interviews.

 Support payroll processing by ensuring employee data accuracy and assisting with benefits administration.

 Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.

 Budgeting, Planning & Executing all Employee Engagement Activities.

 Managing and Maintaining all employee records online / offline.

 Creating posts and maintaining the LinkedIn page and digital HR page of the company.

 Ensure all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and up-to date.  Assist with employee relations.

 Assist with the termination process involving preparation of separation paperwork, and exit interviews.

Skills

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 0-2 years of experience in an HR-related role.

 Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with professionalism.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
