Job Title: HR Executive (Generalist)

Working Mode: Work From Office (WFO) – 6 Days Working

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive (Generalist) to handle complete HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and a hands-on approach to day-to-day people management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments.
  • Conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and oversee onboarding formalities.
  • Manage induction and employee orientation programs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work culture.

3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance:

  • Maintain attendance, leave, and HRMS records.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).

4. Performance Management:

  • Assist in performance review cycles and feedback sessions.
  • Support employee growth and development plans.

5. HR Operations & Policy Implementation:

  • Prepare and manage HR documentation (offer, confirmation, increment, exit, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Good understanding of recruitment, payroll, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
